Terms And Conditions:

1. This booking scheme period is applicable from 02.02.2020 to 31.03.2020.
2. Early Bird Benefit Scheme period: 02.02.20 to 29.02.2020.
3. Benefits for quantities in between the slabs will be given on Proportionate basis.
4. Trip benefits will be given in Multiples.
5. To avail investment benefit as above, stocks to the tune of 80% of the booked quantity have to be sold.
6. For calculation of this scheme, Gold value has been considered as Rs. 4000/- per gm. Hence, if the value of Gold appreciates more than the considered value, C/N to the equivalent value as considered in the scheme shall be given.
7. No credit balance transfers will be accepted for the Early bird scheme.
8. If any Tour or Utility Vehicle item mentioned in scheme is not availed, only 50% of its value will be given as Credit note.
9. For participation in this scheme, payments can be made by way of Demand Draft in favour of SHEENA BIOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED., payable at Raipur, Chhattisgarh or alternatively local cheque can be deposited at …………………………………..Bank on or before 31.03.2020.
10. Company reserves the right to close the scheme even before the announced last date in case of excess Indents.
11. The distributor should clear all his outstanding as per the company policy before 31.03.2020 to participate in the above scheme. Any debit balance in the account of distributor would be adjusted from the advance amount received.
12. Allotted quantity in this scheme should be sold only on company announced MRP and within the district only. For any losses incurred due to selling of the products at lower than Company recommended Sale Price, the concerned Distributors / Dealers are solely responsible.
13. Distributors are responsible for proper implementation of company's business policy to ensure fair dealings to the retailers.
14. If any clarification is required on this scheme, the same may be obtained from our marketing staff or distributor.
15. In case of unprecedented shortage due to natural calamities, quality rejections, Government restrictions, infidelity of seeds growers etc., the company shall not be responsible and will not accept any liability for making good of any loss / compensation.
16. Any un-utilized amount remaining with the company shall not be refunded and there would be no interest applicable on the same.
17. Any dispute that may arise at a later date on this scheme shall be referred to the Business Head of the company and his decision in the matter shall be final and binding on all the parties and/or their representatives or representing bodies concerned.
18. All the Balance Payment must be clear before 30th September 2020. Otherwise the Party will not consider in any Benefits.
19. All the disputes are subject to Hyderabad Jurisdiction only.
